Is Government telling the whole truth on US spy plane?
THE EDITOR, Sir:
Based on the lead story published in The Gleaner on Friday, December 9, I would like to question the Government of Jamaica.
You mean to tell me that during the incursion in Tivoli Gardens, the then prime minister knew about the assistance of the United States and did not inform the minister of national security of an important detail such as that?
Now it makes me wonder what other information there is that no one but Mr Holness knows. Considering he was not in an office that warranted his knowing any such vital information then, was he briefed by Mr Golding over the minister of national security?
Why do people in Government have a problem with telling the TRUTH before people have to die or an enquiry is called and millions of dollars are wasted? I am sick and tired of this rubbish.
Speak the truth. I thought our national anthem said it clearly for us. Justice, truth be ours forever? Lie!
