Damion O'Brian Mitchell, news editor of The Gleaner/ Power 106 News Centre, tied the knot on Saturday, December 17, with long-time flame Kera Lloye Lyria Smith.

The beautiful ceremony, held at the Mandeville New Testament Church of God, was worth journeying miles to witness, as the couple exchanged their wedding vows, making their union official.

Damion, son of Marva Swaby and Winston Mitchell; and Kera, daughter of Carol Parkinson and Phillip Smith, demonstrated their mutual love and affection throughout the ceremony which was presided over by the Reverend Osbourne Fisher.

The special occasion was witnessed by close friends and family of the couple, including their son, Jhadane Mitchell.

The matron of honour was Christine McLeish, while best man was Christopher Maye.

The bride was picture-perfect throughout the morning ceremony, and this left a glow of pride on her husband's face all day.
