I want an extra half inch

Q. I am a guy of 21, and I have read repeatedly that the average male should have an organ which is six and a half inches in length.

Well, mine actually measures just six inches, which I suppose is not too bad. But is there any way that I could achieve the extra half-inch, Doc?

A.  It is true that for decades, doctors and sex experts have said that the average penile length is about 6.5 inches (which is 16.5 centimetres).

However, recent research has shown that this figure is just plain wrong. It was originally obtained by getting a large number of guys to say what length they thought their penises were. New and much more scientific work has now demonstrated that the true figure is a bit less.

In particular, a major condom manufacturer has funded a reliable piece of research in Mexico. Under the supervision of a doctor, a group of trained health workers carried out careful measurement on 300 American males who were visiting Cancún.

Their findings showed that the length of the average adult male while erect is actually only 5.88 inches, which is 14.9 centimetres.

So if you are correct in saying that you measure six inches, you are in fact slightly above average length. Therefore, you have no need to try and achieve the extra half-inch.
