Tuesday talk
Public medical records
1.Some persons are suggesting that national leaders should share their medical records with citizens of their respective countries - but is that really necessary or should some aspects of people's lives remain private?
Strata headaches
2. One piece of legislation that managed to pass through the legislature in recent years concerned the Strata Law. However, from all accounts the challenges faced by strata corporations due to delinquency remain as robust as ever. When will we see some strong action taken against these people who refuse to honour their obligations and put real estate investment of others in jeopardy?
Only the CEO and guests!
3.Employees have longed to enter the portals of the private dining room, but they are constantly reminded that it is reserved exclusively for the CEO and his important guests, and perhaps his favourite employee. The arrogance continues unchecked.
Funeral texting
4. Shame on the mourner who continued to send text messages during the funeral service. It looked disrespectful, and to think he was seated in the reserved section. Can people make an effort to turn their cellphones off during functions. It is such poor manners.
