1. This obeah thing is being taken seriously by some people in very high places. Latest talk is that the blow intended for The Missus got to The Mister in spectacular fashion. Now all efforts are being made to counter the evil. An early trip to Haiti may be in the offing.

Sadness in household

2. The wife was obviously not in the mood to mourn the passing of someone who had made her life miserable for so many years. Nevertheless, the situation affected her badly because the husband was deeply troubled to the point of depression - there is so much sadness in that household right now.
