Located in the commercial and party district of New Kingston, Jimmy's Grill House is a newcomer to Restaurant Week.

Approximately four months old, the small eatery has been satisfying the palates of many who stop by for lunch or even after a full night at the clubs.

With its open-air vibe, consulting executive chef, Brian Rattray said that guests enjoy the 'chill' atmosphere.

"It is outdoors and when persons come by they can just enjoy the setting. They can even watch their chef cooking because it is an open kitchen."

Perfect for a group or a couple looking for a relaxing and laidback setting, the eatery is well prepared to meet the extra demands to come during Restaurant Week.

With meals done to order, customers will choose from the menu created for Restaurant Week. They are also encouraged to try the star dish which is expected to create a buzz.

"We think the grilled grouper (fish) with lemon sauce will be loved. It is presented in a bed of cream yam and dasheen croquette with grilled tomatoes."

The method of preparation he said shows fish in a different way and how nicely it can be done.

"People will love the lemon taste as it enhances the fish and people will get to enjoy fish in a totally new way."
