Having been off the scene for a while, one of Jamaica's top roots reggae crooners I Wayne is set to deliver a superb set at the Behind The Screen series at Usain Bolt's Tracks & Records today.

Known for his conscious, hard-hitting songs such as Lava Ground, Living In Love, Can't Satisfy Her and Book of Life, I Wayne will also be promoting some of his more recent releases at the event.

Born Cliffroy Taylor, the Portmore native rose to fame in the summer of 2004 with the release of his smash single Can't Satisfy Her, an instant hit with fans. The song would land on his 2005 album Lava Ground, which was released under the VP label imprint.

Before he rose to fame, I Wayne spent most of his younger days refining his craft. Coming from a musical family, I Wayne made his first venture into the music business as a student at Greater Portmore High School, joining a local group called Vibes Machine

In 2011, I Wayne released his third album titled Life Teachings. The 14-track album featured songs such as Burn Down Sodom, Change them Ways and Herb fi Legalize.

The Behind The Screen series kicked off in July and is slated to end on December 18. I-Octane, Konshens, Assassin and Sizzla Kalonji are just some of the artistes who have already performed at the event.
