Rock lobster is king of this menu
If the Tasty category of this year's Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week suits your budget, A-Bar Restaurant and Lounge is one of the restaurants that should make your list.
Situated in the Springs Plaza, along Constant Spring Road, St Andrew, they promise to deliver a bellyful of deals through their well-designed Restaurant Week menu.
Lead chef Steve Henry, who has been a chef for 15 years, said the menu to be featured during the week will leave diners feeling satisfied.
The star of the menu, which is poised to be a favourite this year, according to Henry, is the rock lobster. He notes that it's all in the way it's prepared.
"I have my special ingredients that I use. I have done my own research and no one really offers their lobster like how we do it here at A-Bar".
"And I am sure that other than how it tastes, persons normally love to order lobster, both men and women, and when they see the presentation, they are just going to be ready to enjoy it."
Counting down to the days to Restaurant Week, Henry notes, "I can't wait!"
