Endless variety for your dining pleasure
Variety is the order of the day for customers who make their way to The Deli at the CPJ Market for lunch. Even with only one menu option during the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week, customers will not feel restricted within that one option-there are ways to have it tailor-made to suit your taste.
With lunch consisting of a sandwich, salad, soup and a chocolate chip cookie, customers can choose from a variety of each.
"For the sandwiches, we have four different choices which feature fish, poultry, beef and pork, then for the bread, they can choose from five different types and they can choose between Greek and garden for their salad. We normally have two different types of soup for the day, and so they will have a choice," explained Nicole Brandon.
And what was the rationale behind this?
"We wanted to capture everything in our lunch package, since we are in the Nyam and Scram category. We wanted to combine the favourites because what we found is that you had some persons who prefer the salads over the sandwiches or the other way around, but everyone loves the soup. And so when we package it like this, it is a win-win for our customers," noted Brandon.
With dining and takeout options, Brandon said she's anticipating a very good turnout, as customers have a really good selection to mix and match from without feeling overwhelmed.
