For their first time participating in the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week in 2012, Triple T'z Eatery started out with only four tables. This year they have moved on from those four tables to over 20 that now can accommodate up to 100 persons.

Expanding and relocating the restaurant at Shop 1, 25 Annette Crescent, across from MegaMart, was a well-needed step.

Proprietor Yvonne Anderson tells us, "Last year, Restaurant Week really opened up our eyes. We enjoyed it and learnt a lot. We are bigger now - we offer outdoor dining, a garden setting and we can accommodate up to 100 persons," she boasts with a smile.

Their success stems from the fact that apart from great food, the atmosphere is relaxing and they have very good customer service.

Omar Jackson, the executive chef, notes, "We have definitely improved, and this year we are offering pulled jerked pork with a Jamaican guava sauce with sweet and sour pig's tail served with Jamaican spinach risotto, with a choice of herb-roasted potatoes or Spanish rice."

Another special dish on the menu this year is their seafood combo special - lobster, shrimp, and light-crusted fillet fish with a classic coconut sauce, served with a choice of two sides of herb-roasted potatoes and Spanish rice. Let this year's Restaurant Week find you at Triple T'z Eatery.
