The Eyelite Optical Health Fair and Expo at the Charlemont High School in St Catherine was not just about the services, but shared the stage with the food.

''The macaroni and cheese is one of the day's favourite dishes and we are enjoying serving it to the many persons who come by our booth," said Nakeesha Pratt of LASCO.

Not to be outdone were the different types of beverages that were on offer at the 4-H Clubs booth. Among the specials were the pumpkin and callaloo juices.

"The juices taste nice but it is the first time we are doing it so it take some getting use to, but it is all good. It makes you aware of how one can use natural products and get nutritious and healthy drinks from them," noted Sean Christie of the Jamaica 4-H Clubs.
