Indians to arrive in Jamaica today
India cricket team is scheduled to arrive at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston this afternoon at 4:15 for their One-Day series against the West Indies.
The teams will meet in four One-Day Internationals with the first two matches in Jamaica on June 26 and 28. The other games will take place in St Lucia on July 3 and 5.
India will be without top batsman Sachin Tendulkar and three other key players.
The 36-year-old Tendulkar will be resting an injured finger, while key pacer Zaheer Khan, Virender Sehwag and Suresh Raina are also missing from the 16-man squad.
Khan is recovering from a shoulder injury and has been given more time to rest, while Sehwag and Raina are hurt and were not considered for selection.
