Cricket Victoria chief executive Tony Dodemaide has confirmed that West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo will play for Victoria state in next season’s Australian 20/20 competition.
Dodemaide says Bravo is improving and the club is looking forward to him being with the squad
Dodemaide further says Victoria hoped to recruit another international player in line with Cricket Australia policy, which allows each state to field two overseas stars.
Victoria, which includes Australian internationals Brad Hodge, Cameron White and Peter Siddle, has won the Australian 20/20 competition three times since its inception four years ago.
