Brazil face South Africa today
Despite a dominating performance against world champion Italy, Brazil coach Dunga may make changes to his lineup for this afternoon’s Confederations Cup semifinal match against hosts South Africa at Ellis Park.
Although Dunga was satisfied with the team\'s performance in the 3-0 victory over Italy, he said he could field a different squad against the hosts to rest some players and avoid risking injuries.
Dunga has made changes to Brazil\'s lineup every match so far. He made four substitutions from the 4-3 opening win against Egypt, and one after the 3-0 win over the United States.
Brazil, are trying to become the first team to win three Confederations Cups.
The winner of the match will face the United States in Sunday’s final. The Americans ended Spain’s record winning streak with a 2-0 upset victory in the first semi-final yesterday.
