The Government of Antigua and Barbuda has announced a review of its immigration policy.
National Security Minister Errol Cort says the policy will look at the ability of the country to continue absorbing the current numbers of immigrants.
He says the policy would also review the impact of immigration on the school system, healthcare services, other social services and the labour market.
The review will incorporate a series of national consultations with key stakeholders and the general public at large.
