A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has granted control of Michael Jackson\'s assets to the executors of his will.

The CNN reported that Judge Mitchell Beckloff handed over the assets to Jackson\'s longtime personal attorney John Branca, and music industry executive John McClain.

The judge appointed the men as special administrators until another hearing on August 3.

He said the men will be responsible for protecting Jackson’s estate from immediate losses.

Jackson\'s lawyer today announced that the singer\'s funeral will be tomorrow.

However, the Jackson family has not, issued any public statement on burial plans.

However, CNN officials said a private family service for Jackson will be held tomorrow at the Forest Lawn cemetery, Los Angeles.

The private service will be followed by a public memorial tribute.
