Dominica seeks funding from IMF

The government in Dominica has announced that it’s seeking low-interest funding from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Government officials say the money will come from a concessional IMF facility for countries hit by the financial crisis.
They say the government has already made a formal request for US$5 million from the Fund\'s Exogenous Shock Facility to help meet a shortfall in export earnings.
