Jamaica Pan Am team to arrive in T&T

Jamaica’s 33-member track and field team is expected to arrive in Port of Spain, Trinidad later today for the 15th Pan American Junior Athletics Championship.
Eleven members of the team are now travelling to T&T, while the others are scheduled to depart the country just about now.
The three-day championship, which will take place at the Hasley Crawford Stadium, begins tomorrow.
National Junior Record holder in the 100 metre hurdles, Shermaine Williams and Central American and Caribbean Seniors Championships 200 metre gold medallist Nickel Ashmeade will lead Jamaica’s team.
