Portmore United to stage pre-season tournament

Premiership club Portmore United with the help of Burger King, Locker Room Sports and Buzz Magazine with stage the inaugural Portmore High School Pre-season tournament on Saturday, August 15.
The tournament, involving four schools from Portmore and three from Clarendon, will take place at Ferdie Neita Park.
The Portmore-based schools are former Manning Cup champions Bridgeport, Cumberland, Ascot and Waterford.
Former daCosta Cup champions Glenmuir, Claendon College and Garvey Maceo will represent Clarendon.
The schools will compete for the Herman Ming Trophy and $20,000.
The one-day tournament will start at 8 a.m. in the morning.
