Bousquet supports Petrocaribe

St Lucia\'s Foreign Minister Rufus Bousquet wants the island to make use of Venezuela\'s Petrocaribe initiative.



St Lucia has already signed on to the agreement, under which Caribbean countries buy oil from Caracas at concessionary rates.



Mr Bousquet said the matter must first be discussed in cabinet although there are many benefits for the country.
