St Lucia mismanagement reports
St Lucia Foreign Affairs Minister Rufus Bousquet has disclosed that a report of the Commission of Inquiry into the last administration has found evidence of mismanagement and disregard for established procedures.
Mr Bousquet said the Cabinet has already been briefed on the contents of the report, which he said has not found the former St Lucia Labour Party government criminally liable.
The Stephenson King administration set up the Commission to investigate a number of projects and disbursement of funds undertaken by the then government of Prime Minister, Dr Kenny Anthony.
The Commission was specifically asked to examine road projects and the operations of the National Conservation Authority.
Mr Bousquet said the report should shortly be made public.
