Jamaica thrash Turks and Caicos

Jamaica opened their Group ‘A’ Caribbean Football Union Women’s Under-20 World Cup qualifiers with a 5-0 victory over Turks and Caicos Islands at Windsor Park Stadium in Dominica last night.



Semone Honeghan led Jamaica with a double-strike. She netted in the eighth and 75th minutes, while the other goals came from Teashian Thomas in the 17th minute, Shushana Dobson in the 60th and Trudi Carter in the 62nd.



Hosts Dominica face Turks and Caicos tomorrow, while Jamaica play Dominica on Sunday.
