Many time champions Cornwall College will be seeking to join reigning champions St James High atop Zone ‘A’ of the ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel daCosta Cup when the competition resumes this afternoon.

Second place Cornwall College will tackle out of contention Green Pond at Jarrett Park in Montego Bay.

Cornwall College and St James High are locked in a keen battle for the zone’s lone Ben Francis Knockout spot, which will go to the winner of the zone.

Also this afternoon Herbert Morrison will host Muschett in a Zone ‘A’ fixture. All matches are scheduled to start at 3:30.

Meanwhile, two time champions Dinthill Technical High secured their place in the Ben Francis Knockout and Inter-Zone round of the daCosta Cup yesterday.

Dinthill defeated second place Bog Walk High 2-0 to top Zone ‘J’ and grabbed the place in the Ben Francis and Inter-Zone round of the daCosta Cup.

Meanwhile, Annotto Bay dropped their first points of the season following a 1-1 draw with St Mary High in Zone ‘K. The point was enough to ensure them a place in the inter-zone round.
