At least 22 people have been killed in several suicide bombings in northern Pakistan.

A suicide bomber reportedly killed six other people near an air force facility southwest of the capital, Islamabad.

Meanwhile in Peshawar, a car bombing left at least 15 people wounded.

It’s the first attack in the city since an army offensive in the nearby region of South Waziristan.

Later in the day, at least 15 wedding guests, most of them children, were killed when their minibus hit an explosive device.

The incident occurred in the tribal area of Mohmand, about 22 miles from the district capital, Ghalnai.
