Defending champions St George’s College and Bridgeport High’s successful runs this season in the urban area ISSA/Pepsi/Digicel Manning Cup will be put on the line tomorrow afternoon, when they meet in the final at the National Stadium.
The match-up, which is slated to get underway at 3.30pm, will see favourites St George’s gunning for their 21st hold on the trophy, while Bridgeport, who were beaten in the finals in 2003 and 2007, will be seeking their third lien on the crown.
St George’s coach, Neville Bell, says there is no pressure on his team, while Anthony Patrick, coach of Bridgeport, says his group is very desperate for the title.
