OAS observer mission arrives in Dominica

An Organization of American States observer mission has arrived in Dominica to monitor Friday\'s general election.



Mission head Steven Griner said his 14-member group is now making preparations to facilitate its work by meeting with officials and the political parties.



Mr Griner said his mission will not favour any political party over another.
