Good news for Caribbean team in 20/20

There is the possibility that two teams from the Caribbean could be included in the 2010 Champions League 20/20 tournament.
Dean Kino, Champion League 20/20 Governing Council and Director of Legal and Business affairs, said that consideration will be given to having a second Caribbean side in the tournament.
A decision will be taken early in the New Year when the Champion League 20/20 governing council meets.
A number of countries had two teams in the inaugural tournament in India this year and only Trinidad and Tobago from the Caribbean took part.
T&T lost in the final of the tournament to Australia’s New South Wales, but won the hearts of the cricket world with enterprising play.
Kino added that no venue was selected for the 2010 tournament and this would be done at the upcoming governing council meeting.
