England beat South Africa in second Test

Offspinner Graeme Swann claimed 5 wickets as England beat hosts South Africa by an innings and 98 runs on today’s final day of the second test at Kingsmead Stadium.
As a result of the victory, England have taken a 1-0 lead in the four-match series.
South Africa, who resumed this morning on 76 for 6 needing a further 156 runs to make England bat again, were bowled out for 133.
Swann ended with figures of 5 for 54 for match haul of 9 for 164.
Stuart Broad supported with 4 for 43 while James Anderson had 1 for 24.
Paul Harris was the top scorer in South Africa’s second innings with 36.
Final scores in the match are South Africa 343 and 133, England 574 for 9 declared.
The third match takes place in Cape Town on January 3.
