Jamaican sprinter Dwight Thomas is booked to compete in the men’s 110-metre hurdles at the Millrose Games on January 29 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Thomas will face off with reigning 110-metre hurdles champion Ryan Brathwaite of Barbados and two-time Olympic Games silver medallist Terrence Trammell of the United States.

The 21-year-old Brathwaite became a hero in his homeland, when he captured the gold medal at the World Championships in Berlin in a tight finish.

Thomas was a finalist at the Berlin World Championships.

The Millrose Games will be the first event of the 2010 United States Track and Field Championship Series.
