Lt. Barrett to officiate at Pan Am Youth Championship

The Pan American Hockey Federation has appointed Lieutenant Radcliffe Barrett to officiate in the first Pan American Youth Championship for men to be held in Mexico from February 6 to 14.
Lieutenant Barrett will serve as tournament officer. He will leave the country on Friday.
This will be his first major assignment since 2007 when he was appointed as an International Hockey Federation / Pan Am judge in Brazil.
