Lieutenant Barrett heads to Mexico

Lieutenant Radcliffe Barrett will depart the country today for Mexico to officiate in the first Pan American Youth Championship for men.



The tournament starts tomorrow and runs until February 14.



Lieutenant Barrett will serve as tournament officer.



This will be his first major assignment since 2007 when he was appointed as an International Hockey Federation / Pan Am judge in Brazil.
