A number of the country’s top amateurs golfers are expected to turn out for this year’s first BMW/American Chamber of Commerce of Jamaica, AMCHAM, Golf Classic, which will be held on March 13 at the Caymanas Golf Course in St Catherine.

The tournament is a charity event aimed at raising funds for the Grants Pen Foundation/AMCHAM and Kind Hearts.

It will be played on a Shotgun Stableford format and will start at 8:30 a.m.

The participants will be vying for the main prize of a new BMW M3. They will win this prestigious car if they score a hole-in-one on the 10th hole.

National junior champion, Jonathan Newnham, along with Fabian Campbell, Xavier Brown, John Smith, Paul Thompson and Radcliff Knibbs, are among some of the top golfers who will be on show.
