The Guardian to rule supreme

Horseracing continues at Caymanas Park tomorrow with a small eight-race card, set to start at 1.15 p.m.

With no trophy race on the card, the main attraction is the three-year-old and up overnight allowance event over the round five course.

Six have been declared for the event, including THE GUARDIAN and FOREVER MINE, which should account for most of the betting.

Both are actually down in class to contest this race and a close battle is expected.

THE GUARDIAN, to be ridden by champion jockey Omar Walker for champion trainer Wayne DaCosta, has worked well in preparation for the assignment and is given the edge.
