Walker, Mitchell secure two victories each

Champion jockey Omar Walker has moved seven wins clear atop the jockeys’ standing after securing two victories so far on today’s 10-race card at Caymanas Park.



Walker won aboard JUNGLE QUEEN in the fifth race and MOMENT OF TRUTH in the sixth, both for champion trainer Wayne DaCosta.



As a result of the victories, Walker has moved to 25 wins. Paul Francis, who is yet to win a race, holds down second place with 18 wins.



Richard Mitchell also secured a quick double on the card to move to 10 wins for the year. His winners were GLOBAL WARMING in the third and FUNNY SIDE in the fourth.
