Talks are currently ongoing for undefeated Trinidadian heavyweight Kertson Manswell to face Jamaican Keron Speed for the Caribbean Boxing Federation title next month.

The fight will serve as the undercard for the WBA mini-flyweight and super title bout between Trinidad and Tobago’s Ria Ramnarine and Japan’s Etsuko Tada on April 24 at the Dr Joao Havelange Centre of Excellence in Tunapuna.

Manswell is coming off a unanimous points win over Czech Tomas Mrazek in their eight-round elimination bout in Antwerp, Belgium last Friday which kept his unbeaten streak intact.

Manager Boxu Potts confirmed negotiations were on the way to ensure the fight between Manswell and Speed materialized.
