Donors to pledge for Haiti

Donors are being asked to pledge nearly $4 billion at a United Nations conference in New York today.
UN officials say the funds are needed to jump-start reconstruction in Haiti after the 7.0 earthquake in January.
UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon says measures will be put in place to ensure that the funds are properly spent.
More than 100 countries are taking part in the donors\' conference being hosted by Ban Ki-moon and US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton.
