Daley took three wickets for 14 to restrict Sri Lanka to 103 for nine off their allotted 20 overs after winning the toss; and Taylor smashed an even 50 to guide West Indies to 106 for four with nine deliveries to spare.

Cordel Jack of St Vincent supported with 23.

The other matches are scheduled for tomorrow, and Saturday also at St. Mary’s Park.
