India\'s opposition parties today disrupted parliament over reports of secret phone-tapping by the government.

The opposition was seeking answers regarding a report alleging that the government secretly tapped the phones of top politicians.

However, India\'s home minister has denied the allegations.

The uproar led to the adjournment of both the upper and lower houses.

Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, LK Advani, has called for a response from the prime minister.

The opposition is also calling for a joint parliamentary committee probe into the matter.
