West Indies ‘A’ take control over Bangladesh ‘A’
West Indies ‘A’ team has taken full control of the four-day match against Bangladesh ‘A’ leading the host by 322 runs at the end of today’s second day at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
Bangladesh ‘A’, replying to West Indies A’s first innings total of 285, were bowled out for 125 against the bowling of Shane Shillingford four for 30 and Odean Brown two for 24.
Bangladesh ‘A’ had resumed the second day on 22 for one.
Syed Rasel 35 and Nazimuddin 33 scored most runs for Bangladesh ‘A’.
Batting a second time, West Indies ‘A’ were 162 for two when stumps were drawn. Devon Smith has so far top scored for West Indies ‘A’ in the second innings with 62. Kirk Edwards is 55 not out, while Travis Dowlin scored 32.
