United States authorities arrest man boarding flight with weapons

A man was arrested in Puerto Rico this week after he attempted to board a flight, while carrying weapons that included a stun gun and a switchblade knife.



US authorities say the 59-year-old man was passing through a security checkpoint at Puerto Rico’s main international airport when the weapons were discovered in his carry-on luggage.



Officials say they found no evidence linking the case to terrorism.
