St. Lucia pushing for a single telecoms space

St Lucia has launched a campaign to create a single telecommunications space in the region.
Public Utilities Minister, Guy Joseph, says people in the Caribbean should be able to call their friends and family in other regional states for one flat low rate.
The Minister says he has raised the matter at the level of the Caribbean Telecommunications Union and the Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority.
