New T&T Prime Minister to be sworn in

Trinidad\'s Prime Minister-elect, Kamla Persad-Bissessar, is expected to be sworn in to office today after leading a coalition of opposition parties to victory in Monday\'s election.
The coalition, known as the People\'s Partnership, won 29 of the 41 parliamentary seats to oust the incumbent People\'s National Movement.
The swearing in of the prime minister and attorney general is scheduled for 4 p.m. at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
