Pakistan thrashed Bangladesh by 139 runs in the Asia Cup at Rangiri Dambulla Stadium in Sri Lanka today.
Both sides have been eliminated from the four-nation tournament after losing to finalists India and Sri Lanka.
Batting first, Pakistan made 385 for 7, their largest ever total in one-day international cricket.
Captain Shahid Afridi hit a career-best 124 off 60 balls, and three other batsmen made half centuries, Imran Farhat 66, Shahzaib Hasan 50 and Umar Akmal 50.
Pakistan\'s previous highest total was 371 for 9 against Sri Lanka in 1996.
Bangladeshi seam bowler Shafiul Islam took three wickets but went for 95 runs in 10 overs.
Bangladesh, in reply, made 246 for 5 in 50 overs. Junaid Siddique fell three runs short of his maiden limited-overs century.
