Haiti’s Prime Minister Jean-Max Bellerive says the country has only received 10 per cent of the money pledged by governments to help in the reconstruction of the earthquake-ravished country.

Since the January 12 earthquake, $5.3 billion has been promised to Haiti by foreign governments.

Bellerive said without these funds the Interim Haiti Reconstruction Commission is unable to plan, finance projects or respond to immediate needs.
