Pakistan take charge against Australia

Pakistan produced a devastating bowling display to dismiss Australia for 88 in their first innings on today’s opening day of the second Test at Headingley in England.
Mohammad Aamer took thre for 20, Mohammad Asif, three for 30 and Umar Gul, two for 16, as Pakistan skittled the Australians for their lowest score since 1984 and their lowest ever at Headingley.
Tim Paine top scored for Australia with 17.
Pakistan, in their reply were in charge at 148 for three at stumps, leading the Aussies by 88 on first innings.
Salmat Butt scored 45 and Imran Farhat 43. Shane Watson has so far taken two for 12.
Australia easily won the opening Test last week.
