Three more Cuban political prisoners have reached Spain, along with dozens of relatives.

They are part of a group of 52 dissidents jailed since 2003 whom Cuba has began to release in the last two weeks.

According to the BBC, their arrival brings the number of freed dissidents taken in by Spain to 15.

Cuba agreed to free the 52 prisoners under a deal with the Catholic Church and Spain.

According to figures from dissidents, 115 political prisoners will remain in Cuba once the 52 are freed.

Cuba has been under pressure to free dissidents since one prisoner, Orlando Zapata Tamayo, died on a hunger strike in February.
