T&T win women’s limited over title

Trinidad and Tobago retained the West Indies Women’s 50-over title after defeating hosts St Vincent and the Grenadines by three wickets at the Arnos Vale Playing Field today.
The Trinidadians, set a victory target of 156, ended on 157 for seven to win the championship match with 17 balls to spare.
Britney Cooper top scored for T&T with 56 not out off 72 balls, while Stacy-Ann King scored 43 off 60 balls.
Earlier, St Vincent and the Grenadines were dismissed for 156 runs.
St Vincent and the Grenadines had upset Jamaica in the semi-finals.
