Cholera cases slowing down in Haiti

Health officials in Haiti say they are making progress in their efforts to contain a cholera outbreak that could threaten hundreds of thousands of survivors of January's earthquake.
More than 250 people have died, but statistics show new infections have tapered off.
Health workers say more households are following advice on hygiene, but some people are still using water from the Artibonite River believed to be at the centre of the cholera outbreak.
The area is well to the north of the capital, where hundreds of thousands of people are still living in squalid make-shift camps set up after the earthquake.
