The Gatwick airport in London has reopened.
The airport, the main London gateway to the Caribbean, was closed for two days when aircraft couldn't arrive or depart because of heavy snow.
A flight from the Dominican Republic was the first to land this morning.
A woman, who has been trying to get to Cuba but has been stranded in London for days told the BBC that passengers onboard her grounded plane called the police for help Thursday night.
Lucille Monks was stuck onboard for hours.
She says there was absolute chaos after passengers were allowed to board at another London airport, Stansted, but were then told there was no water and couldn't get off for hours.
