Bangladesh take 2-1 lead

Mushfiqur Rahim hit 63 before adding two catches and two stumpings as hosts Bangladesh beat Zimbabwe by 65 runs in the third one-day international in Mirpur today.



Rahim put on 116 for the fifth wicket with skipper Shakib Al Hasan 73 in a solid Bangladesh total of 246 for 7.



Needing 247 for victory, Zimbabwe were dismissed for 181 in the penultimate over against the bowling of Shafiul Island four for 43 and Abdur Razzak four for 14.

Victory for Bangladesh give them a 2-1 lead with two matches remaining.
